Residential project in West Raynham, North Norfolk.

Used as a country escape, the clients wanted to give this house a maximalist feel while retaining elements of country living.

Description

Particular attention was paid to lighting, using warm lighting to create a sociable and relaxed ambience in the house, avoiding bright white lights that the clients associated with the fast-paced lifestyle of working in London. Lucy specifically sourced Murano glass chandeliers for the living room and hallway.

Each room had its own colour palette and theme, using strong wall colours from Farrow and Ball and striking wallpapers from William Morris and House of Hackney.

The clients already had an extensive collection of antiques and contemporary artwork. We worked alongside the clients to source and install new pieces to add to the existing collection.
